sunday morning poetry

After the Love is Gone

Honey, how would you like your eggs?

You know I don't take sugar.

Why don't you ever buy me flowers?

But it was your turn to do the washing up.

Not tonight baby, I have a headache.

But you promised me at the altar!

Those were the days, when we were madly in love, and your bad breath meant nothing

Are you saying you are going out tonight AgAiN?

No, I wish we could talk like we used to, not just fight all the time

I told you I was a bad person but you just kissed me and laughed

Since when do you wear perfume?

You never listen!
